Yep, I could no longer resist the siren's song of a light-weight Buck 110.
So, I ordered this EcoLite 110....

We're still getting to know one another, but so far I like it.

Need. Want.

I have the Plum 112. I think I need the green 112, as well as the green and plum 110s.

Great looking knife.

I don;'t have one of those yet,but i'll bet the aftermarket thumb studs you can get for 110's would work very well with those scales ,looks like a perfect handle for those things .

I cant say enough for the Ecolites, the plum 110 has been my edc 90% of the time in the last year. I gotta branch out though and get the green, all 3 of mine are plum.

Good clear pics allen-hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I see the 110 Ecolite as the more modernized version of the ye old 426 bucklite, IMO if you love bucklites you will love this knife.

I agree.
But the EcoLite is even better IMO bcause it has dual steel liners.

Do they make these ecolites with a orange handle?

No just plum and green in the 110, there is a black 112 on the web specials and a green 112 Father and Son edition. I think thats it but someone correct me if there are more.

I just ordered a green 110 Eco from feller on eBay who has factory blems.
Has a big "FB" on blade. Not being a value collector per se, thought it would be cool to have one.

Got it today, love it. Whatever blemish qualified it for the FB designation is not very apparent to me - perhaps a very slight gouge in Paperstone around the hinge pin on one side.
Wouldn't imagine I'd ever use the sheath, but unlike the leather one, this nylon version allows for horizontal carry which is nifty.

Anyway, the green is so dark that it really looks almost black if not in good light, which is fine with me. I guess that's the normal "green", going by the picture here in first post ?

These are pretty sweet looking simple knives. Kind what Buck has always been famous for. I may have to try one out.
