My newest KNIFE!

I purchased this at the Badger show!
Maker is Chuck Hawes, P.O. Box 176, Weldon IL 61882

The knife is 160-layer random pattern damascus, with stag scales and a fileworked spine. 7" OAL, 3" blade.

Absolutely beautiful! I know that other forumites have bought stuff from Chuck too. He is very friendly and loves to talk about knives.

Chuck Hawes does not have a web site that I'm aware of; his business card only gave address and phone. No email either.

He also had some damascus bowies and large fighters that were absolutely amazing--very nice lines, perfectly balanced, great attention to detail. They felt better in the hand than any other large knife I've held.
