just posting a couple of new photos of my newest project, just trying to get a batch together for paul bos for heat treating. it is mike norris high carbon raindrop damascus hot blued. excuse the pictures :o . forgot to mention it is hollow ground.

Oh Man, that is beautiful! Did you do your own hot blue? If so, a pro or oventop type setup? I have a soft spot for small knives, and that looks purty, looks useful and looks rich. You have done a good thing!

dave i use what looks like a blow dryer but its not, there is a setting on the back for up to five different settings each setting is a different temperature i just take it up to 5 and heat it on a heat brick it works for my small minis i have not ventured into anything big. LOL
 
Very nice knife a mate of mine make small knives for key rings his advert at the knife show is they are for people with no finger nails to open plastic bags and cut tape on boxes. They sell well. His are no where near a nice as this piece. His a are normaly the little of cuts from a billet.
 
That is one very cool mini! Great job, and the pic's are very good, too. That design looks like it would make an excellent full size knife.:)
 
Yep,that is a cool little knife. That bluin looks great. Now I've got one more thing on my list of things to try. Thanks for the look.
