Well I promised to try and get some pictures of my new Pronghorn posted today. So here they are.

The blade is just over 4" and the overall is around 9"

Keith ,

I know you are one proud owner . That is an absolutely beautiful knife . Ed does fantastic work and look at that temper line . Carry her and use her as she was intended to be . Congrats.!!!!!!!!

Jerry

Great knife, Keith! I have handled a few at last Blade Show and they are a pleasure to hold.
By the way, will you be in Atlanta for the Blade Show this year?

Congrats Keith! Mr. Fowler sure does make a gorgeous knife!
Im sure you will carry it proudly... now i have to wipe off my screen:p

That is one fantastic looking knife. It is easy to see what all the excitment was over.Use her well.

Great knife, really does look awesome....you waited a long time, so get out there and use it well :) .

Ivan, if I could figure out a way to get to Atlanta without it costing me more than a darn good knife I would make plans to be there. I want very much to meet all the people from this forum that go there and for that matter, I would have a great time meeting knife people in general. Maybe if I can get some other Edmontonian Knife Knutts to go along, we could drive down and save a fortune. That's a heck of a long drive though.

WOW!!! That is a beautiful knife and pouch. I am in awe, seriously. I've never had this good of a look at one of those, and now ... I understand. Congratulations, and thanks for this peek at your new treasure!

Beeeutiful knife! I have never heard anyone ask this, but will Ed make this knife with a nickel silver guard instead of the brass? I always wonder what that would look like on a fowler knife.

Ask him. Maybe he would.
And let me know how it turns out, in seven years or so. :)

Keith: Thanks for posting the knife. The photos made a good visual reference for the posts on etched blades in the Custom Forum.

You made one statement that shortened your waiting time considerably. If you remember I kept asking you what you wanted the knife for, seeking to understand the nature of the knife you wanted. I could not get a feeling for your desire. Finally you said "Make me a Knife You Like". That made the task much easier for me.

I use brass for several reasons. One I feel it is an honest metak (A great many feel there is silver in nickel silver). I like the color and nature of the brass I use.
I cannot get nickel silver in the dimensions required for the guards I feel are essential to the safety and comfort in a field knife.

Thanks for the support and kind words concerning Keith's knife.
