my new native has a click...just a click...of vertical blade play...just enought to irritate me but not enought to impair the operation of the knife...can this be normal in some spydies....thx/paul

Most Natives have a slight bit of vertical blade play - you can feel it more than see it. Sal has said that some is "designed in" to ensure lock engagement, therefore dependability. As long as the lock engagement is secure, I wouldn't worry about a small amount of vertiacla blade play.
