Need Assistance Modifying

I would like to modify one of my smaller knives, but I don't have the experience or equipment to do it. I'll show you what I want to do; I'm pretty much asking for an average of how much this should cost for me to pay a professional to do it for me.

This is what I'm starting with...

It's 4" closed.

What I want to do is remove the plastic handles, and get some different handle scales on there. Maybe an inexpensive bone or horn, or even delrin.

So, about how much would each of these modifications cost? And how long would it take to do this work?

I know, but I love the knife and want to have it modified. If the cost for both modifications are too much, then I'll just have the handles redone.

If you like the knife get it done up how you want it. Nevermind the price of the knife itself.

I just got this $20 Boker Sodbuster done with rams horn scales and ebony bolsters. It is exactly what I wanted and well worth it. Oupa did this one.
