need help with wave mod

i ordered a cold steel hold out ii, i want to wave mod it since i own a ak47 and love the wave now

i would like to know if i could pay someone to do this for me and how much, or if you could help me out and tell me how to do it myself. all i have at my disposal is a dremel

i dont own a hold out so i dont know for sure, but i think if you took the thumbstud off and put a small ziptie thru the open thumbstud hole, might be ugly but it should work

i thought about that but i would rather have this, if i absolutely have to i will do the zip tie mod

Just saw this thread from clicking on your recent posts. I'm more into removing part of the blade spine to make a wave hook out of the thumbstud hole.

I saw a really nice wave mod on a CS scimitar that I liked but I don't have a torch or brass

I'm in the same boat. I have a Dremel, belt grinder, drill press and torch. That Scimitar was done up nice!
