Need input and opinions reg. certificates for custom knives.

Well as the title says I am looking for ideas regarding "certificates" to send along with the knives I make.

Any and all thoughts abouts this is very welcome!

I print one for each knife on parchment that includes a photo of the knife and my company logo.
The Name of the knife
Date made
Steel material
handle material
accessory material
My signature
Any special comments regarding THAT knife
Then into a matching color envelope with the name of the knife and a photo on the envelope.
