HI guys,
I have about 20 knives done, that need kydex sheaths made for them, these are all low end knives, that i have agreed to sell for around 100 a piece, so I don't want to spend a ton on sheaths, anybody got any recommendations? I am supposed to have these done already, and I won't have any shop time for about a month.

You can make the sheaths yourself using your oven or a heat gun. I am currently in the process of receiving a shipment of kydex from www.texasknife.com . I have never made kydex before but from what i have read on this forum and on other websites it is not too difficult to make the sheaths yourself. Good luck!

I know you said you don't have any shop time but probably the only way you'll get them done at that price point is to do them yourself.

Most sheath makers will want at least $15 - $20 each for a less complicated neck knife, more depending on complexity.

Good luck!

What pattern are the knives? What size are they and do they have scales or guards or bolsters? Do you want simple neck sheaths or do you need belt loops on them too? These are all factors that will determine the cost of the sheaths. If you can, post a picture of one of the knives and maybe a sheath maker will get back with you.

CP, I love that avatar!!

Thanks Michael, Ned is our 9 week old Rottweiler/German Shepherd puppy. We're expecting him to be a big boy at about 140 pounds.
