Just finished today!
Help me pick a style name.
I am leaning toward "Gentlemans Bowie"
That is a shadow on the tip, it came out ok.
Just a result of crummy photography.

It looks AWESOME!!!!
Very clean and nice graceful lines.
How about the "Backwoods Bowie" since it has that traditional hunting Bowie style.

That is a sweet looking knife. Very clean lines!

Handle looks like Osage Orange?

Tell us more about it!!!

Thanks for the encouragement, something I needed today

Specs are as follows:
11 3/4"OAL
SS guard and but cap & nut
Handle is Bubinka (You were close)
Blade is 3/16" 5160 mirror polish
Edge quenched and triple progressive tempered.
I have two more in the works they will be essentially the exact same design with a few mods.
They are in ATS34 with 416SS fittings and no nut on the end. One will have a Ambrosia Maple Burl handle the other I'm not sure of yet.
If someone has some Olivewood burl they want to part with I think that would look cool...
