New Color for Izula

Probably a long shot but any chance there's going to be a blue one? I know there's a pink one so why not a blue. My 5 year old loves blue. I would love for his first knife to be an ESEE but maybe it's not in the cards. He wants a blue jeep and a blue knife to go with it. And it would go great with his blue lightsaber. Maybe it'll have to be a blue SAK...saw one of those recently. But a blue Izula would be slick for a first knife in my opinion...with adult supervision of course.
 
Might not make it as a factory offering, but jforbush here does Cerakote and his prices are very reasonable.
 
Not an ESEE, but blue. For a 5 year old I would recommend this over an Izula.

Thanks guys! Sent him a pm. Very much appreciated. Also a non-pointy blade is probably a good idea as well...for a five year old.
 
Have you seen what the izula does to a competent adult's hand? I mean I am not a keep a kid in a bubble guy but instead of needing stitches at best why not busted skin for his 1st "woops" cool idea but maybe a Swiss army knife. It was my first and thought it a very cool gift and learned some techniques like cut away from me and fingers away from a folding blade.

This is true to a point. I was shooting by 5 but even I find the Izula scary. :D

I'd start with a small folder, SAK, etc.
 
I'll post a pic...and I probably wouldn't give it to him right away...hold onto it for him :) and teach him step by step kinda thing. I did mention a SAK earlier...I'm not crazy. Maybe Jeff could make a "first knife" model...baby izula or termite or something.

shes only 2 tho so iv been thinking about one of those Case wood kit knives at SMKW should be fun
 
Get the izula for times you can watch him and the blue Swiss as posted for him to carry except school. Either way cool of u to do. Worst is he will do something wrong only one time.
 
yep...i'll put the blue SAK in his pack and carry his blue Izula in my pack. He's gonna be stoked!

We did indeed have a very special run done that you all will really like. We have been waiting on an accessory item to go with it & just received word today that the items are packed & will be shipped to us this week. Hopefully they did everything correct!

This special IZULA features a theme that is very important. I will be making an announcement as soon as the accessory item arrives & I verify that everything is ok. Stay tuned!

Crazy how sometimes things just fall together. Ask and ye shall receive! I never get service like this anywhere else. :p ESEE and TKC are great! Thanks for making the announcement Dale...wasn't sure how long I could keep it a secret. Looking forward to them going on sale.
