Err, that wasn't a Anso proto, that was a custom Anso. I loved that poliwog and couldn't put it down. Same with the D/A auto (can't say about details)

I'd be interested to know how the Szabofly handles ??
Also your opinions on the overall appearance, such as fit and finish, quality, and any other views you gathered from your findings in handling this piece would certainly be interesting.......

The Szabofly is certainly a highly anticipated addition, to both the balisong market, and the Spyderco product line, and it will be interesting to see if this item lives up to expectations (when it is finally released that is...), although an item brought about through the collective geniousness of both Lacy Szabo, and Spyderco, ..... is sure to be simply superb, and certainly a "winner" by any means, in my opinion anyway.

The Mini-Fly is simply exciting !!!. .....,
and would certainly be perfect as an EDC.
Overall,..... It appears to be just plain FUN !!!!.

With a balisong line-up such as; the Spyderfly, Szabofly, and the Mini-Fly,....... How can anyone, whether it be balisong enthusiast, Spyderco enthusiast, or general blade enthusiast,.... not be excited about Spyderco's future in the balisong market ???

Now if the Szabofly, and the Mini-Fly would just released ...................

I think that Jens is one of the makers allowed to use the hole. You can see the rock lobster on his website. I've liked his work for a long time now.

An Anso/Spyderco collab knife would be the heat.

Yep. If they did a mini-Lobster or a Gekko (or a framelock Gekko!) with Jens's Ti bolsters and nice G10, I'd buy three: one to carry, one to keep nice and clean, and one to give to someone who can appreciate good art.

If they'd make one "mini" enough (I think 2") blade, they could maybe even be EDCd in California.

Did anyone see the Pickle Knife???
