I mentioned to Darrel a while back that I thought it would be cool to have a Mad Max smaller than the 4" model that he makes. Well, Darrel surprised me this past weekend at dinner Friday night with this little baby. Man this thing is the neatest piece. I have been carrying it all weekend and have fell in love with it. Darrel was wondering how well it might flick. This thing flicks open as good as its larger brothers and sisters. Here is a pic:

The scales are carbon fiber and the blade is D2. You better call Darrel and order yours today because I believe these are going to be hot! He is also going to offer it in auto form. I can't wait to get another one of these. They are so cool to carry. Here is a pic of it with its bigger brothers and sisters:

By the way, the small one is a proto and its mine mine all mine :D

Congrats NCBlades! That really is a beauty. Nice work as alway Darrel! I can't wait to stop by your table at the NY show in november!
 
Thanks MartialWay, you'll have to get one of these.

LongRifle, the blade is 3" of D2. Overall the knife measures 6 3/4" open. Closed, the knife measures just over 3 1/2". Its a cute little blade. Carries very well. I would recommend getting atleast one.

Retail will be around $550 depending on handle/blade material. The auto should rock!
