HEST is not an ESEE folder, 3 has been canceled (at least the LionSteel version.)

I'll elaborate. (Inhale)

The HEST folder is in no way affiliated with ESEE, but instead DPx Gear and Robert Young Pelton. They are being produced by Lion Steel in Italy. DPx no longer has a forum here and has instead started their own forum.

The ESEE-3F was supposed to be produced by Lion Steel in Italy, but is no longer. ESEE and Lion Steel have also parted ways and wish each other the best.

Rowen, mfr of the ESEE fixed blades will be doing the ESEE-3F in the future but it is a ways out still, no set date or timeframe. Rowen quality will be worth the wait.
