I have been using my new Vallotton Chameleon,and I have to report it is a wonderful knife. I really like the way it fits in my big hands, ample handle to grip, and form fitting contours. Rust resistance is to be determined, but I keep my knives clean and sharp anyways. This one has even caused me to leave the Sabenza at home....
