I wasn't gonna post this one but i decided to. The picture is so lousy. It is forged 5160 with full tang. Brass guard and pins. After about 3 years of picking up the dogs denta bone in the yard and mowing over it several times, I decided it would make a nice handle plus the dogs breath always stunk anyways so he would not miss it. I will not work with this plastic again. It sands easy but is hard to work with in the finer grits. It buffs too easy. My bufer took a symetrical handle and made it geometric in places. It is for my wife though so she won't nit pick. I told her if she ever gets her deer it won't be me cleaning it so she needs her first hunting knife plus the handle turned out a little small and it fits her hand much better than mine. As far as the photo just use your imagination and think of excaliber!

Looks really good to me Cory....
Neat idea for the handle.I have one side of a pair of plastic rattling antlers that i found somewhere and I have been threatening to make a handle out of it one of these days and tell the bunny huggers that no animals where killed in the making of this knife..

Can't see the grind lines in the pic but that is one fine looking knife Cory! The handle work looks first rate, very nice!

Always think of your fellow knife makers as partners in the search for the perfect blade, not as people trying to compete with you and your work!

Looks like a good, functional design, Cory. The handle looks like it would be very comfortable. I've had the same trouble with Corian, it is almost too easy to sand and polish.
