Well I have narrowed the 2 knives down to

re-ordering the Spyderco Para-Military

or getting the

Benchmade 710HS

I liked the Para-Military but when I had it I didnt know about all of these different types of locks and how well the handles are made. As I still dont know.

Could somebody just explain this to me, the para seems like a very strong and sturdy knife.

the dude has made like 5 threads in the last 2 days asking about his paramilitary, and proven himself to be a retard. you'd think he could at least keep it in 1 thread.

Ok Gook, Lol

Vinny77, if you want to continue to be a member here you're going to have to make some changes. We don't tolerate racist slurs here. This is the only warning you're going to get.

;) opens an eye to see what's going on, and goes back to sleep

Way to go Vinny, you honked off the Mod! Not to mention most of the kind folks here.

Gotta go to the sociology class as well as the psych class.

i don't mind giving him advice, if it wasn't for his other 4 threads making it painfully obvious that you'd have better luck explaining things to a wall.

Count me in... My lovely daughter in law is from Jakarta, and she has given me 4 beautiful grandchildren.

Congrats. :)

EDIT: On a side note, I recommend you start with different companies with lower priced knives. Companies like Kershaw and CRKT, have more reasonably priced knives, which may have lower grade materials, but still back their product just as much as Spyderco, and have the same level of QC.

One more thing, because of all your posts and the reputation you have gained, I would recommend you lurk for a while, and just read up.

I like the gook comment...
pretty much sums it all up...

I hope he at least knows where the slur originated.

Guk, gok, gwo, and many other similar sounding words, in a few different east asian languages and dialects mean country or nation, with the preceeding word the name of the nation. Slur originated with the first adversarial interaction with a nation using the suffix guk for the name of their nation... Hanguk or Korea.

i did not know that....
i guess even from threads like this one you can learn something new
