Here are pictures of Knife No.10. Pics of Knife No.9 and No. 11 can be seen on :

This is my new output for July. I Just got back from a family & friend trip to Missouri & Illinois. I brought one blade with me - Knife No.9 Many of the folks I visited with are serious hunters and requested this knife after handling it. Lots of interest in knifemakeing out there. It turns out my wife's nephew, now an art student, wants to be a knifemaker. One thing you do need out there to get some work done is some serious air-conditioning. It was almost 100 and humid all the time and we were on motorcycles .
Anyway, knife No. 10 is my first stainless blade. It 's made of 3/16" 440C and heat treated by Paul Bos. The guard is 416 stainless. The antler spacer is flanked by nickel silver, black and red spacers. The handle is figured black walnut. The Knife measures 11-3/8" oal. The blade is 6- 1/4" long. Right now, I'm debating weather to put a butt plate on it.
I've got to spend some serious time on my business, so my knife production will be curtailed for a while . Just when I am about to burst with new ideas! Though, I'll be seeing some of you (NECKA members) this weekend at the show.
Stay sharp,
Bob
