Just got this one in today from Matt (my first from him, but definitely not my last :))

It's a cutter --- about a 10" blade, almost 2" wide, looks to be close to a 1/4" thick. Very nice black walnut scales with black liners. This thing is absolutely "scary sharp."

Sorry for the poor pics, this blade deserves better than my skills allow :thumbup:

Awesome Lamey!:thumbup:
Are the liners something new or just something I hadn't noticed before ?

Doug :)

That's a great looking knife:thumbup::)
Mine oughta be here any day now!
I'm gonna do a full review of with pictures and everything. Maybe a certain Canadian who spends a lot of time here can help me with it!

Doug,

I don't know if they're new? I didn't request them, Matt just put them on there... They look good :thumbup:

Very nice snag indeed. I really dig Matt's stuff.

And the good news keeps coming - I predict you will be very pleased.

That's one serious knife! I really like that! Congrats!

Thanks for posting that Xaman, I have been looking at Matt's work for a while now. He does a great Hamon.

Matt makes the best forged users out there in my opinion. Especially when you factor in the great price. His knives exhibit GREAT QPR (Quality-Price Ratio)
