Just scored this little 3-3/8" stubby from Pohan Leu. It is 3/8" stock and is numbered #1. This thing is so mean I immediately cut my index finger to the bone while not paying attention. Check it out on my imageshack host page at

. Now I need to get some stitches!

T---About that cut...
That would not have happened to an experienced operator. :)

Nice knife. Other than it tried to make your index finger into another stubby one. Heal quick and thanks for sharing!

Thanks! The bleeding has stopped. Now it is time for sealing the cut with super glue. This was only the third time in 45 years I have messed up with a blade, so I can't complain. The knife was so sharp, it was smooth as a scalpel going through my finger tip. Nice job on the edge Pohan!

Nice score & thanks for sharing. I really like the deep grind line of this 3/8" stock.

Joe

Thanks Joe. I really like 3/8" stock blades. They can cut through a car door like it was leather. This one was interesting since it was short and handy to carry. Most of my 3/8" blades are 10" long or more, so this new Leu knife is a real usable size. It feels great in the hand, and is stout as can be. Loving it!

tjl....how do u sharpen these knives....do u sharpen the front bevel and just take the burr off the back?.....ryan
