New Ranger Skinner

I just received a Cabela’s flyer for Club visa and it shows a Ranger Skinner in the Alaskan Guide series with S30V. It is not on-line yet, but I thought some of you would be interested knowing it should be available soon.
 
I must have missed this one Buck S30V is excellent however I'm not to fond of the alaskan guide series logo that probably is on this blade.
 
Those Logos have been successfully removed: I'm sure there are threads here about how to do it.

However, they want $139.95 for it in their typical Cabela's high-priced way, so I myself wouldn't want one.

(And that's not "deal-spotting" since nobody here is selling them anyway and, frankly, it's nothing you could call a deal--unless you call it a BAD deal.)

Maybe they'll go on sale one of these fine days.

Frankly, I'm a lot more interested in getting the plain old 113 when they catch up and get it available on the Buck Website.

Still nothing on their site - on the AG 113 or regular 113. That $140 price seems high - even the fantastic AG 192 Vanguard is 'only' $113! It would be hard to rationalize the 113's $140 price. I briefly had a 'factory blemish' 113 - and, while nice, it is no Vanguard. For that matter, what was wrong with the 005 'Gen5' series??
