I just got my first sebenza, I found blade forums about a year ago, I really wanted a sebenza becuase of all the good things I had heard about them but I had to cut myself off from the forums for a while, becuase I had racked up a huge credit card debt buying all the cool knives I heard about here. Back then 150 dollars was almost an insane amount to pay for a knife for me. Anyway I finally payed off my debt, and have plenty of extra cash laying around, so I decided if I was going to keep buying knives, and I already have close to 100 sitting in a bucket in my closet at any one time it was time to buy what many people consider the best folder on the planet, so I bought a large classic 2000 with a custom graphic, I have had it for about 8 hours, and I already need more!!!!!! I am sick. I absolutely need a small wood inlay,(anybody who knows where I can get one the information would be greatly appreciated) I have already contacted G2 about a sheath, and I contacted an artist friend of mine to design a custom graphic for a large I plan to order directly from the factory. My mind is literally spinning trying to figure out exactly what I need in my new Sebenza collection. This one damn knife has convinced me that most of my other knife purchases were a waste of time!!!! I can already here the creditors and collection agents knocking on my door

I feel your pain Kile. I heard the same info you did. So last month I decided to get a small plain. But you know it didn't stop there after I handled it. Well, within a three week period I ended up getting a large plain and small redwood burl. Oh the horror....the horror.

We'll see some of your "other" knives in the for sale section soon, only to pay for you're Sebenzas (at least that's what I had to do

).

Take care and have fun.

P.S. Don't get in anymore debt, it's a great feeling and accomplishment when you clear yourself of that burden.

The wood inlays are some of the best-looking folders around. Some really beautiful woods used and I'm glad to see that i'm not the only financially challenged knut with a fetish for fine hardwood. I'm saving up for a small wood inlay.

Spare a quarter?

I'm partly responsible for Kile's delema, for I am the one who sold him that Sebenza. And it is one sweet knife. I wish I still had it. One cure for this affliction would be to get a wood inlay sebbie. Of course, depending, on the size, you would have to get not only one of each size, but different inlay materials. Kile...you won't be stopping any time soon. Have fun

We have sold out of the 2000 large and small wood inlay Sebenzas - meaning that we have taken orders and/or shipped all 60 in each size. We would be happy to put your name on the list for 2001 - or you might find a dealer who has one!

I have been looking for a dealer with a woody, but no one has responded to me. So please put me on the list for a small. Or let me know what I need to do to get on the list.

Getting a woody Sebenza is not a bad thing.
What a great product and what a great company.

Too bad CRK doesn't make pick-up trucks!
