New (to me) Alan Folts Hawkbill

Alan makes a nice knife :thumbup: Polished bolsters, what looks to be a hand rubbed finish on the bevels, blasted on the flats. I also like the symmetry of the blade spine--the rise at the thumb ramp is mirrored by the swell at the tip.

Opens smoothly and silently, locks very solidly. And danged sharp, too. One thoughtful feature is that the jimping on the thumb ramp is duplicated on the bottom of the blade tang, for the index finger's grip.
