Has anyone seen these? They've just started appearing here in New Zealand at reasonable prices compared to say a Leatherman Wave...

Handles look more ergonomic, but seems to be lacking a plain edge blade (serrated sheepsfoot only).
Interestingly though is the ratchet....
It seems to have lost a lot of weight too compared to the Swiss Tool - which was rather "hefty" albeit a solid heft.
If anyone gets one for xmas, can they post a comparison?
