Is there anyone in SE Mass. that might be willing to help me get started. I have lots of interest, but very little knowledge to get started on my own.

Thanks
Jerry Adams

Hi Jerry:
Welcome to the forums. There are plenty of makers in your neck of the woods. I am sure some of them will come forward to help you.

Marcel

Look around for Rene Roy; he's in my old neck of the woods, in Northern CT. If nothing else, I'm sure he'd be willing to listen to a few ideas.....

Dude, you got mail. We will cover all the bases.
Guys,Jerry lives here in New Bedford. I think I can get him on his way.

Man!!!!! All you dudes are ratting me out about my homemade hot relish.
Now, let us put this into the proper prospective again.
(1) Joe & Rene the NORM for you two dudes was not founded on this plant.
(2) Once you get use to my relish it just tickles the tongue.
(3) Everyone is giving away my trade secrets on heat treating.
Jerry, once the little dragon has bitten you ( or burnt)there is no turning around.
:D :D :D :D :D
