The Nite Ize Eclipse is a stick-on stainless steel locking clip for cell phones or MP3 players. Now that I think of it, it would probably be a good clip for a OHT.)
I've only used it one day, but it works as advertised I feel confident that I'm going to like it. It sticks on with an adhesive tape. After using similar tape, I'm not worried about it coming loose. Time will tell, though.
