No Spin Technique

The waist on the CS knives makes them tricky for no-spin. Try grinding them down to get rid of the flare at the butt-end. The CS are also a little thin. Try wrapping them with a little athletic tape.
Shuriken, spikes made from square-stock or hex-stock, are a little easier to drive with your finger.
