Al thanks go to Sal and Co. for turning out such great products, for actually listening to us and putting up with our incessant wishes for the perfect Spyderco knife (hello Carlos and others? 
) and for just being an all-around great person.
Some say, what you give is what you get. Others say, what goes around comes around. Well, Sal, keep doing the EXCELLENT job that you do and giving us such superlative products, and you will get in return our undying appreciation and continuous customer loyalty.
I wish I were still taking my "Strategic Management" class so I could use Spyderco as the perfect example of a company as far as customer service, brand loyalty, and high quality products are concerned.
