non round pivot hole

recieved my new lum today and just noticed while playing with it that the blade pivot hole is out of round i think-you can pull the blade and get motion-not side to side slop from a loose screw-pull the handle and the blade away from each other and it clicks- none of my other blades do it-
lockup is fine but there is a boat load of movement before the lockup-
is this part of the design?

i aint sending it back to ngk ,i have lusted for one of these for awhile .

The hole is round, the pivot pin is not. Lum chinese folders had eccentric pivots which allowed adjustment of the lockup.
