I officially started this one today. Didn't get far but point is its underway.

Stay tuned for another Millie tank built frame lock coming up.

EDIT: I know at least two guys contacted me about a low rider for one of these recently and I have tried to find your emails or PMS but no luck. I don't know how many hundreds of contacts I've fielded just since your last contacts but you'll have to remind me. I won't have it long I doubt. Then its on its way back to Greece.

Finally got some stuff I was waiting on to continue on with this one. Now that I have word back from the owner on choices I don't expect to be long.

Seen here the rough out of what I hope to be another big bad Millie. This one in Ranger Green textured G10 on the non lock side with both the lock and non lock sides at a .140 thickness.

Should be really nice when I'm done.

All down hill now. Lock up is on, blade is centered closed and the action is going to be quite nice. Just a matter of clean up now. Stay tuned.

Ok Nick, this baby is done! Here are some teaser pics for you. Touch base with me, we'll square up and I'll get this one ready for the long haul back to Greece to your hands. Let me know when it arrives please.

Nice sun today so its a good day for some shots in the greenery. Lock cuts measure out to be .066/.67" and once again the 6Al-4V titanium lock side is .140 thickness and so is the textured Ranger green G10 scale on the non lock side for a nice balanced look to the feel and look of the folder. I did not take the 'dip' for thumb access to the lock very deep on this. I find that is better for reliability on these heavy users. I think you'll be pleased.

Final weight is 4.9 ounces. So it went up a bit from 4.2 ounces when we started. Not a bad trade off though. You have a real tank here now! Enjoy.

Forgot to add. Nick, for what its worth this folder can and will easily go right back together just the way it came from Spyderco. No permanent modifications were made to it. I simply rebuilt the body of the folder.

Got it and the label is printed. I edited the label I had stored in the USPS web site and also included your email so the site will send you confirmation of the shipping and tracking info. I have it saved in my address book this time so for any future work all I have to do is find the address and select it.

Thanks Nick. You'll love this folder. It functions as great as it looks.

Looks like another GREAT Millie from Steve! You are going to love this knife. The one I have is the SMOOTHEST framelock I have seen. ENJOY! Kevin

Hi Steve.I finally got the millie today and I can surely say it is the best folder I 've ever handled!Rock solid lock and a sure grip with the aggressive green G10,GREAT low rider clip and still lightweight!Thank you for this work of art.

I was just thinking about that folder today wondering how it was fairing on the trip home. I always worry a bit about my works of art once they leave and particularly when they head across the oceans even though they really are not mine. I still get to know them and feel an attachment to them after working on them. I am glad to hear it made its way home to you safely.

I thought it turned out quite well. I am glad you agree. Should work hard for you.

Hope so anyway. Enjoy and thank you for letting me know it arrived.
