Any update on when the dealers should start receiving the OD/Orange RC's? My Tan/Green RC-4 is starting to get lonely, Thanks.

Should be soon. The powder has been approved and now it's just a matter of getting them through the coating process in the shop.

You're probably sick of people asking this, but: When the F---

Oh, you just answered. :D

Just bustin' on ya.

Ok guys, here is the deal. The new OD Green, and "Tactical Pink" powder is in production now! It is supposed to be shipping to us this week. It will take approx 5 days to get here and once it is here we can start to coat the blades and put them through production. So with that said, we should start shipping to the all of the dealers in approx 2 weeks!!! It's been a heck of a deal getting these special formulations done. Thanks for your patience and hanging in there with us everyone. We appreciate it. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!:D:D:D

and there you have it...straight from the horse's mouth ;)

Thanks for the update!

"Tactical Pink" :D I still can't wrap my mind around that one. Oh, but I promise you, soon as they are out Ill order one, strap it to my gear and sport it on my next outing to the range. Right along with an "I dare you to snicker" look! hahaha

Should be fun!

Beroya, you nailed it!! That's the whole point of the Tactical Pink. We do a LOT of serious law enforcement and military stuff, along with supplying a lot of serious outdoorsman. This is the lighter side and you will see large ads in magazines with this pink tactical knife - who said tactical had to be tough? The pink Izula is more of a conversation piece for the brave souls who dare sport one. There will be one on my gear and I will have a lot of folks asking, "what the hell is that?" "Well, it's my tactical knife" :D

damn it, jeff, I'm trying not to buy any more knives, and I wasn't planning on an izula, but how am I supposed to pass up a pink one? argh.

Another reason to buy an Izula...I just read a short from Blade Magazine reporting on the SHOT show...at least one of the new Becker Neckers, the laminated one, will be made in CHINA! Not sure about the others, but I'd rather keep my money in the states!

IZULA...confident enough in my manhood to own a pink knife!

I'm pretty sure the standard Becker Necker is a USA made product.

Ethen Becker had a contract with Camillus before they closed there doors and now he ihas one with K-Bar. Both are American companies however K-Bar does make some knives overseas. :( I have got quite a few of the Camillus blades and LOVE them. I am not sure what I will do with the K-Bar line and I support ALL American made blades only.

When I began clearing a cabin site, road and trails a few years ago, tools began going missing after being set down or getting pulled out of a pocket by brush. It didn't take long for me to remember the best color for painting brush clearing tool handles and also my favorite flagging tape color from my days doing environmental surveys and wetland delineations. All my main clearing tools, a double bit axe, machette, and a bow saw got flourescent pink stripes on their handles. The chain tightening and bar attatchment bolts and nuts on two chainsaws and the chainsaw wrenches all got coats of hot pink.

So be warned. If you buy a pink Izula you'll probably have it forever unless your kids get a hold of it or you give it away.:-) You should always be able to find it around your camp, on your backtrail or in a mound of earthtone gear.

Think I may go for a desert tan though myself.

Tactical Pink is going to be the color :D

I plan on taking a few down to Peru in July and give them away to the military SF guys we will be working with. I'll bring some pics back ;)
