oil and super glue

I just put some very nice Bocote slabs on a knife, and as I was shaping them I noticed a crack, when I was done shaping them with my grinder the crack was barely visible, it is in the middle of the handle, and really shouldn't be a big problem, the problem is that I hand sanded them down further, and then I rubbed in a bunch of teak oil, which I like on Bocote, becaue it is made for oily woods, and it seems to soak in better than other oils, but now I think I should fill the crack with superglue, will it still work now that I have soaked the handle in oil? Will it be absorbed? Will it look ok?
Thanks for any insight guys.

its a little thicker than thin super glue. get it at a hobby store. put a drop on the crack. wait a couple of seconds. then start sanding lighty with fine sandpaper. the oil shouldnt make any diff. hope this helps

I recommend cleaning out the crack with some acetone before you fill with glue. Use something like a paper towel on a toothpick to get down into the crack. Should blend in nicely as long as the crack isn't too wide.

Thanks guys, I cleaned it out and filled it in, and it is pretty much unnoticeable. I appreciate the help.
