It is the international calls that are the killers. Getting rousted out of bed at 3 AM by a LD call from Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, etc. always gets the adrenaline pumping. It's hard to talk business at that time of the AM and hard to get back to sleep after the adrenaline rush.

And, somtimes the east coast callers forget that 8AM there is 5AM here.
