Hello. Anyone else have a buck slipjoint simmiler to this one? I would love to know if there are more models like this one. I made my dad give me this Maverick. Single blade slipjoints are my fav! I love this one!

The 300s are beautiful also. I would love to have one of the old style stockmans with the full flat grind! I did not know they came with that till this thread. So thank you all!

You have a 704 Maverick. These are nice knives. The 700 series started in'81 and lasted till '99. I have one of each of the 700 series. I have them but the 300s are my love. If you are looking for a certain model or need one like the old one you have let me know I would part with the 700s I have. I need to make room for more 300s...Actually they came out with a whittling set containing two blocks of soft wood, a sharpining stone, oil and a 704 Maverick. I think I have a couple of these if your interested, Send me a PM

I have a few of them (700's), just no good photos at this time. One of our mambers (HonkerRusty) collects and displays this line and would be the best autority on them that I know of. He's currently attending shows and may not have seen this or have had time to repond. Meanwhile, here's a page from Bucks catalog showing the whole line up.
