8-10 ounce leather - skived to about 6 ounce in the inside pocket. Light Brown Feibrings stain with a little black mixed in for the edges with two coats of Montana Pitch Blend.

I just need to handle a firesteel for the knife. Likely I will do something in Birdseye Maple.

Comments always welcome.

That looks great, as usual, TF! I have to say, I've never seen a firesteel on a dangler before, but I rather like it! That molding looks nice and secure as well.

I love the new sheath. Very nice work as always. Can you tell me what you are using and maybe where I can find them between the sheath and the dangler?

A really fine job. Very well finished. Can it be used with or without the dangler? Where the dangler connects to the sheath looks large enough for a belt. Like the dark color with the black edge finish.

Yes - the dangler clevis I use is removable. I had to search and search to find them - but I have done so! ;)

Nice work Tal.

Much prefer a sheath without a firesteel loop!

This is a great alternative though.
