Just curious what everyone hear EDC's with their Multi of choice, such as a Onehanded opening knife ( Spyderco, Benchmade, Buck etc...) I usually have a Spyderco Military or a Benchmade 705 on me as a companion to my Multi of choice for that day. I find it much easier to reach for my knife when I just need a sharp edge than to have to deal with all those other tools! What do you guys think? I had hoped that the Charge would allow me to just carry the one tool, but alas the short little Phillips bit has left me confused as to whether I can live with it on a daily basis. For now its one of the Old Skool Leathermans that keeps me ready-to-go! Looking forward to hearing everybodys replies!

I always EDC my Benchmade 710HSSR. I agree, if you just need a blade it takes a lot longer to dig one out of a multi-tool.

Original Supertool or Pulse with one of these:

How about a one-hand SAK trailmaster, with a SOG PowerLock (one hand pliers)?

(Main EDC is a Cybertool 41 and a LM crunch, but I miss a one-hand blade.)

LM Wave and Mnandi are my EDC's. Will probably upgrade to a LM Charge Ti in the near future.

LM Wave, LM squirt or Vic Explorer, paired with Spyderco Native or Kiwi, depending on situation.

Jaime Orozco.

Leatherman Wave with a Benchmade Ascent (work)

Leatherman Juice Pro or SAK SwissChamp with a Kershaw Leek

Thanks for all the replies guys! I enjoy hearing what everyone carries as their answer to daily needs! I am currently waiting on a new Spyderco ParaMilitary that I will team up with my Leatherman Pulse. Throw in a Surefire Flashlight, and I will be ready for just about anything!

I know people are going to laugh, but I normally carry a two-and-a-half multi-tools, in addition to my single-blade knife. Here's my lineup:

Camillus Aftermath
Victorinox CyberTool 41
SOG PowerLock
Latshaw PocketWrench II

All except the Aftermath ride in horizontal belt pouches, where they stay out of my way and aren't very obvious.

I really like having both a SAK and a pliler-type multi-tool. Using them both together makes a lot of things much easier.

I agree with Bob. I love my SAK Cybertool 41, but I absolutely have to have an LM crunch/Wave/Powerlock on board or nearby...and sometimes you need a pliers AND a separate driver. So, nope, I won't laugh.

Another Leatherman and SAK guy here too. LM Wave and Vic Tinker/Soldier plus my BM 806D2/B-S Lg Spear point and BM 722s/Spyderco Native S30v.

I EDC a Spyderco Police and a LM Charge Ti but I'm thinking about replacing the LM with a Swisstool.

I carry a Craftsman Pro multi-tool at work and a Wave on my days off. I used to compliment my multi's with a variety of blades, but I've cut down on the extras lately. :)

The Para-Military is here and I am already in LOVE with it!!! It seems to be just the right size for most daily chores, and should work well teamed up with my Pulse! The compression lock will take a little getting used to as I am more familiar with Liner Locks, but that should not take TOO long to overcome! :D I am enjoying reading everyone's combos, makes me wish I had more pockets to fill with blades and things! Keep em coming!

Since I have picked up a LM Charge, that has been my edc. Before that it was either an original LM or a SOG Paratool. Talk about an upgrade! In my front pocket is usually a Camillus EDC or a Benchmade Griptillian. Has anyone tried grinding down a magnetic bit holder to fit the Charge?? I saw someone mention it, just wondering if anyone has had any success?? I just have not had time to give it a try.

Latshaw PocketWrench II

The Latshaw PocketWrench II makes a great mini-prybar, but I'm still looking for the "perfect" way of carrying it. Right now, it's hanging into my front jeans pocket by a keyclip attached to my belt by a leather loop. Not fabulous, but it works.
