I have used WWW.penwa.com a couple of times. Great service, they don't discount Fisher but add refills and ship free if over $60.00.

brigade quartermaster offers the bullet space pens discount but may eat you up on shipping if you dont work it right.....the best refills i have found are sold at office depot and is brand named eversharp.....you get two refills for something like $2.50 plus tax as opposed to the one fisher brand for $4.00.....word at the local pen store is that fisher makes them for eversharp!!!!!....these refills also fit the sensa pens that are so popular

I bought pens and refills from Penwa a couple of times with excellent results.
I also followed feverdoc's suggestion some time ago about using Eversharp refills. They work great too. Pretty soon I'll have saved enough money by using Eversharp refills to buy a Mayo if I'm quick enough to beat doc to the post.
