Ontario RTAK : another blade chipped

Hi,
since this afternoon I share Fred A´s experience (see wilderness skills). While chopping through a small branch (2.5 cm, which should be about one inch) with my new Ontario RTAK a pretty large piece chipped out of the blade.
This is not acceptable for a survival knife.

I think they had a small problem with the heat treat if you'll go and post over at http://www.jungletraining.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=5 I'm sure Jeff will want to hear about this......
