Well they aren't orange, but damn, they do go good with the Shedua.
Grats Mudbug!

GREAT looking knife. Simple, functional and beautiful--all the criteria covered.

Well done.

Geez Chris! That thing turned out far better than I could imagine!! You Rock!! Is your paypal addy the same one you use to contact me? I can't wait to get my hands on that beauty and check out that cool looking sheath!

Man, the more I look at this knife, the more I drool. I'm chasing the mail truck down the road like a dog asking if a package for me has shown up yet....should be tomorrow or Fri. I hope!!! My mail lady has gotten to where she shakes her head "no" when she pulls up...lol

Donald,we have a guy at work that goes & gets our mail out of the PO Box & I'm always bugging him about packages too. When I see him walking in with the white plastic mail box & give him that questioning look,he either gives me a thumbs up or down.
So far this week I've gotten 2 thumbs up & should get another soon for my Bushpik.
I feel like a knife vulture.:D

Well, after a little fiasco with the Post Office, I finally got my knife in!!! Man, Chris you did an outstanding job. The pictures do not do that wood handle justice (where have we heard this before? LOL). It looks like it's several layers deep and just really jumps out at you in the sunlight. Can't wait to get it out and get it dirty. I've had it on my desk here for a few days just handling it and cutting stuff up and really making a mess of the place! Thanks again Chris!

I'll post up a review when I get a chance to get it out and play with it. Might be Turkey season, but I'll get a review done up!

Thanks Donald! Ive always liked that wood. Its really hard too. I have some sapwood that has the same grain and curl but its blonde.

Congrats,MudBug!
Really liking EVERYTHING about that knife.

Off topic: Chris: what about your shopping trip for exotic woods? Need an update!
