What companies other than BM make a good to excellent Bali?
besides Microtech and FMB's on Knifezilla.
$90 - $150 range is what I can afford right now.

Lawrence.., you might take a look at a SWAT Balisong. They are pretty well made and very smooth.., for about $125 these days I guess. I personally don't like the blade profile at all, but they did use good stock. They are also 5" blades if you like the longer ones, and you can find either Alloy or Brass handles. Richard Kicklighter's Rotan Monarch is also in your range, and although there have been some handle alignment and pin problems mine work nicely. They are a heavy Balisong..(a little over 8 ounces), but pretty solid with a nicely ground Wee-Hawk blade.

The SWATs are pretty cool. They are smoother than BM,s but they have pretty ugly blades. Still need to handle all the new ones.
