Had a BFs member in the class named Robert. One of the best jungle navigators I've seen. Solid skills all the way around! Just goes to show the caliber of folks who hang out on these forums.

Anyway, it was a great class and a great bunch of guys. Lots of knife and machete work for a quick 2 day class. I think they all got damn tired of us making them build fires -) We're headed back 4th of January to train the next rotation.

Anyway, will try to catch up when I get back stateside.

Jeff,

Thanks for the kind words...! I had a great time and would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in jungle survival. There was a ton of useful information and practical skills crammed into two days.

I'm off to the field again tomorrow in the south of Peru (Ayacucho) so I'll start another thread and post some photos later today or this evening when I get a few spare moments...

Thanks again Jeff, and I hope you had a safe flight last night!
