This is a little 6" overall knife with a 2 3/4" x 1/8" blade that would be handy to put in your pack, pocket, or carry as a neck knife. They have 1/8" thick micarta handles with 3 hollow pins in case you want to lash it to something. These will come with a kydex sheath for $85.00, in your choice of standard or scandi grind. There will be only a 3 - 4 week lead time on these. If interested, these can be ordered now.

Nice. Rockywolf's choice is about the same size. Great little knives you're making John.

ooohh.. that looks like a great little knife John.. nice work.. i like it..

You're reading my mind John. I've been wearing cargo pants a lot and have ordered a cargo pocket sized pouch for some edc items, including a thin knife.
As soon as I get the pouch I will order one of these sized to fit.

Does not seem to be much interest in these, but I ground out 3 of them this morning anyway. I`ll post them and see what happens.

The Pack Knife is great. Just got it in the mail today. There is not one thing I could say about it other than perfect. It is such a versatile design. I will post some pic's of some use it is going to get this weekend.

On an even better note, I must say that dealing with you, John, has simply been the easiest transaction on a custom item of any type that I have purchased in my 43 years on this great planet. It's very refreshing in this day and age. You have zero delay or bs in any way and I will recommend you and your fine knives to anyone I can. My hat is off to you and your knife. Keep up the good work. Thanks, Ron.

Thank you Ron. Yours is just like mine, except your`s has the thumb notches. I`m hoping that this model becomes popular, it`s so handy.

I can also offer these with no handle or sheath for $55 shipped in the USA. These would have an "as forged" finish on the handle area, with the blade area satin finished, and 2 - 1/4" holes for cord wrapping. Good as a "last ditch" type knife or for the "do it yourself" guys, who want to do their own handles.

Hi Flatsman007 =

Well put - I have enjoyed my dealings with Stomper.

Wait until you see one of his larger knives. :D

My first JK was my Kephart and that is a good all-around heavy duty knife.

Post pics of your Pack Knife when you have a chance!

best regards -

I'm interested in taking one in green micarta with scandi grind(O1 steel). Is there any chance you could do it with a leather sheath? As for the finish... In your honest opinion which would you say is more rust resistant?
I tip my hat to you sir ;)
Gabriel.

I can do one as you describe with your choice of leather belt, neck, or pocket sheath for $90.00 shipped in the USA. I believe that the satin brushed finished is more rust resistant, and easier to maintain. I usually just use automotive wax on mine. If it does start to rust, 0000 steel wool and a scotchbrite pad will bring it back to new. If you are interested, send me an email with the specifics.
