A neighbor of mine gave me a knife that I would like to PIF. Normally I keep gifts but, I have his approval to pass it on.
It is a scout knife made by Kissing Crane. New in box, numbered (#0347), limited edition Viet Nam version. Because it is the VN model, I won't carry it. I enlisted in 1976. Not 1975; the last year considered the Viet Nam era.
Could be a fun way to honor someone who served, maybe a parent or grandparent, uncle, friend, etc. It is yours if you would like it yourself or gift it to someone else.
I just want it to be somewhere else. With somebody that served or someone that is connected to those who served. Blood relation, fellow service member, friend, neighbor, or you just want to carry it to honor vets. You get the idea. Basically, If you can half-way justify owning the knife, it's yours.
No need for you to PIF on this one.
I will pay to ship within the US. Contact me about shipping elsewhere.
Wonderful. Love it when a PIF is claimed so quickly. I'm out of town until Tuesday, so I'll send the Kiwi next week.I've always liked the goofy looks of the Kiwi, but never got around to ordering one...I'd love to add it to the slip joint rotation .
I have a Cold Steel Counterpoint XL (AUS8, lightly used) I can offer if that seems reasonable.
Edit: pm sent to joeldworkin307 , Counterpoint claimed by wroughndt

Speaking of which, I totally want to participate. I have a knife up for grabs, but need help with a valuation, so I know exactly how much in trade-value I can claim from other folks here.
Hey man, I have this knife and totally want to participate in this "blessing". Can you help me valuate it so I know how much in trade goods value I can then claim from others?
I would like to give this endura a go if it is not already spoken for. I can be contacted at damianhhweller@gmail.com. I have some good stuff I would like to put up in exchange for it.
No problem. I appreciate it!Endura is yours NCCNC email sent requesting your address. Apologies, it will be mid next week before I get to town and the PO, will let you know when it's on the way.
Thank You.sabre cat I just sent you an email with the tracking number. I was able to drop it off at lunch. So the Falcon's on its way.
Done! Thanks for Paying It Forward!
What a beautiful knife.Hey guys, I have a Kizer Dorado in full titanium if anyone wants it. Its in excellent condition save for maybe a small scratch/smudge or two and some tape on the blade from last Christmas. I should have the box too. Let me know!
Old pic
Send me your address. I will ship it as soon as I can.Well it turns out the Case hunter that I claimed from Mossyhorn from (post #) was a little big for me. That being said there’s gotta be someone out there who will put it to good use. It’s back up to go to a good home. (shamelessly plagarized picture from original offering):
I’m also offering up a (very) lightly worn Casio G-Shock watch for someone who can use it.
I would like to claim the Browning 502 offered by Monofletch if he is agreeable to that.
Awesome!I have an HI CAK, 18”, around two pounds I believe. It is a thick, heavy blade that I have used to cut many trees out of trails with. The original scales came loose so Big Chris replaced them with micarta. This is an old pic and it is a tool that has been used hard, it will have scuffs, scratches, etc. Comes with the original black sheath.
