I tell you what, I've been having some lower back issues and it is painful and difficult to bend over to cut my toenails. My barber recommended the place next door to her shop, I stopped in, yesterday, and got the treatment and it was good. I got my toes done, callus shaved off, a heck of a leg massage, and the massage chair I was in did a fantastic job on my back. I got a manicure, as well, but it wasn't as notable. Anyone else do this? I had it done in Whistler in Sept. but that was a spa thing and got the massage and steam bath and that was incredible.

I had an ingrown toe nail a few years ago. I went to sick call at Madigan and they wanted to cut the thing out. I said no, took antibiotics and better care of it and it has done fine. Running in boots doesn't do your feet any good and am glad that is behind me, at times.

Running and road marching= really good times for feet:D I still fondly remember the first time I had a toenail turn black and fall off.
