hey everyone,
i'm still alive. we had 7 scud alerts today. one of them
hit close and scared the living s**t out of all of us. we saw the red flash and then heard the bang. it literally shook the
ground. they said it hit a couple of miles away but it felt like it
was right near by. the first scud alert was at noon which is prime time sleeping for me, so i got like no sleep. hopefully this will be over soon. it's scary. the support, prayers and love from everyone at home really helps to keep us focused. I enclosed a photo of me in my gear so that you can show Jerry Busse how much I love his knife and how safe it makes us feel to know we have the best equipment in the world, including his awesome satin jack.

Best of luck to you and your son, mine is leaving any
day he's still waiting at Ft. Reily, KS all their
equiptment has shipped except for personal stuff.

I hope he is well, and he is in my prayers. I have family members there as well. I hope all of our soldiers return home safe and sound!
