There was a post awhile back that asked about the specs between the early Worker and the newest model. I finally got out my collection and took some pics. The hole in the blade of the earlier one is much smaller than the newest one. Heres a pic:

I hope you can tell from the picture the difference in the size. I don't know the exact measurements.

Here is a shot of my Worker collection. I have a few more somewhere around but they are extras.

I will try to remember what order they are in:
Starting at the top left corner, #289 of the Evolution set plain, next row, plainedge 3 screw with flat edges, #289 Damascus serrated from Evolution set, Black Ti Worker, 003 Worker w/engraving, #135/1000 plainedge 2 screw, Almite Worker, another #135/1000? plainedge 2 screw (don't ask me why there are two with the same number), new Commemorative Worker, Older 2 screw Worker, Spyderkey, Newer model serrated Worker. The picture isn't that great. Here is a picture of the difference of the thickness of scales. The first one is the newer model with beveled edges, the next is the early model with thick unbeveled handles, and the last one is the scales of my earliest 003 Worker. They are very thin!:

Here is a picture of the 3 different clips:

I have many other pics like the 6 different tang stamps in my collection on my photopoint album here:

Enjoy the pics.

Hi Michael, that was me asking about the Workers. Great pics! Do you have a comparison between the Original (non engraved) worker and a 1992 Evolution Edition (non-numbered) one? I am still looking for an original Worker for my collection, but I don't want to buy a reproduction by mistake (I almost did the other day, I think, the guy wasn't sure about it). As far as I can tell the differences are very minor (maybe the diameter of the opening hole, or the text on the knife somewhere), but I don't have a definite answer.
