Pioneer II problem

I too have experienced pin loosening problems with my Pioneer. I have used Krazy Glue to help keep things on the tight side, but the knife needs constant (Bi-Weekly) care.

The lock has not been compromised. But the giggle is extremely annoying. I have taken the blade out of service for a while, and am wondering what I have to do to get it fixed. I am willing to contribute to the repair and service of the knife, as long as it will, if I take care of it, not occur again.

Please let me know what to do, and in the mean time, I will probably get a Sifu to help with my withdrawals!

Are you experiencing verticle blade play too? Bob Taylor suggested, in most cases, abuse of the knife caused verticle play because the openings in the liner become elongated. I took my Carnivore apart to examine these holes and saw no elongation. I have taken my Carvivore out of service too and am carrying my Cold Steel Voyager again.
