Today is going to be a hot one, well hot for up here. They are saying 90 degrees. Just looked at the thermometer in my shop, and it reads 63F, hehehee!! Guess where I'll be spending the day?

Whatya workin on Jeff?

Probably nothing. Just sitting down there in the cool drinking beer, I would guess! :D It's hitting 90° here today, too. Real humid, sticky, west MI kind of day. I have two more patients to see, then I'm off to Lake MI in my kayak!

I'm sitting in a nice airconditioned office, and I'm going out of my mind! I want to leave early and go fishing or go for a hike, but this heat will probably kill me!

this thread just got me checking the temp outside. Two different thermometers reading 96 in the shade.

how in the heck do you keep your shop so cool?

Its been over 90F 3 days in a row now. I've spent the last 2 days running a tractor at work. Not sunburned, but I'd have to take my shirt off to prove I'm white  Its supposed to be 90 again tommorrow, have hay to bale. I'm thinkin I'm going to have to go buy one of those scratch and dent $69 air conditioners they keep talking about on the radio and put it in the shop. Then maybe I'd still have the energy to go out there after work :)

I am sweating on my leather down here! Humidity is what is bad here in the dirty ;)

Oh I'm cooking up something REALLY good, Chiro-Boy! winky-winky! ;)

By the way, Rough... my shop is in a walkout basement. The constant temp of the Earth here in northern New England holds a constant 55F. Summers are a good time in my shop. Winters it can get down to 45F in here! I have a nice industrial heater to keep it warm down here, but it really can be an icebox sometimes! :D

Gonna be another warm and muggy day. Guess I'll get another cuppa coffee and head for the shop.

Just a thought, Bubba... can you install an a/c unit in that new shop of yours?

I seen some cute little a/c units at Best Buy yesterday for $89.
