What is the best way to bend titanium into a pocket clip?
I have a rough method of doing so, with a vise and a pair
of Vice Grip plyers. I often break them though, in the process.
Can anyone help/
I just cut a slot in a piece of3/16 aluminum flat stock slightly wider than the clip to be bent ,clamp it in a vise . Then I hook the clip in the slot and use needle nosed pliers to do the ending .it's very fast and you can bend realy close compound angles.
Had to draw it out to see what you were describing.
I think i've got it. Slip the piece into the slot
and bend away. Simple but effective. Thank you very much.
