Any ideas where to get the best pocket saws? So far I have found:

Camping wire saw - breaks, gums up not very good.

Chain Saw chain type (Short Kutts) - fits in a tin can, cuts good, cuts much better than camping wire saw and can handle larger work than Serria saw.

Serria Saw - cuts good, limit to small branches, kind of big for pocket carry.

Any more out there?

Be sure to check out the saw section in www.equipped.com. It's definitely worth a look, they rate some of these saws.

I use a pruning saw...too big for a pocket, but light enough to hang on a belt or pack. They fold into the handle. A good one will run around $20+.
